This was one of the easiest baked desserts I've ever made! We had a few pints of fresh local raspberries that were begging to be made into a dessert showcasing the fruit, and this is the recipe I used. What better way to use the summer's best berries?! :) Simple and delicious. (My boyfriend has also said it made great breakfast!)
